Etienne Demeules, CPA
Director of Finance and ValuationÉtienne holds a bilingual bachelor’s degree from HEC Montréal in Business Administration and a specialized graduate degree in public accounting. He has his CPA designation (CPA auditor), is a CFA level II candidate, and is fluent in both French and English. He joined DSMA in January 2021 as Deal Advisory & Valuation. He has to his credit many working experiences in Canada as well as in the US.
Before joining the group, he acquired three years of experience at Ernst & Young LLP (EY) in Audit services. Its clients are public and private companies, and are involved in numerous industries: aeronautics, media & entertainment, technology, manufacturing and retail. He then joined EY’s Transaction Advisory Services group in 2020 as a Senior Strategy and Transaction Analyst. He specializes in buy-side due diligence for companies in various sectors: financial services, professional services, pharmaceutical companies, and manufacturing. He has evaluated various companies and served on advisory engagements to maximize business value.
He loves motorcycles and cars and is passionate about providing gold standard service.
