Mergers and Acquisitions AssociatePassionate about numbers and customer relations, Hugo obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2021. He also validated his Graduate Diploma of Specialized Studies (DESS) in 2022 which allows him to have access to the CPA exam.
Having grown up in a family environment focused on the automotive industry, Hugo was quickly led to evolve in this professional field. This gave him a major advantage and made him an ideal partner in dealer mergers & acquisitions, for which he brings a deep understanding of the industry.
With over 70 dealership evaluations under his belt – both in Canada and the United States – for DSMA, Hugo has officially validated his place on the experienced team of associates to assist dealers in their sale or acquisition project.
