Deal Advisory & ValuationRita attended University of Toronto where she completed her Master of Management and Professional Accounting program. She obtained her CPA designation and is a CFA charterholder. Rita is fluent in English and Mandarin. She joined DSMA in August 2022 as Deal Advisory & Valuation.
Rita has profound experience in accounting and auditing, financial analysis, due diligence and M&A advisory services for mid-market companies. Before joining the group, she was an experienced senior associate at BDO and PwC, in charge of audit engagements for private and publicly traded entities. She then joined MNP’s Corporate Finance service line as a Senior Consultant, Due Diligence in 2021. She specialized in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence for mid-market M&A transactions in Canada as well in the US within construction, media, technology, transportation, and retail sectors.
