Canada Quebec With over 20 years of experience in the automotive world, Gracielle joins DSMA as an associate.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in business administration. In 2022, she won the international GOMAC competition for North America with her digital marketing campaign for the non-profit organization Fillactive.
It was at BMO that she developed her expertise in automotive financial services, as Director of Relationship Management. She held various positions within the same department, familiarizing herself with both the private and commercial sectors. This gave her a good overview of the customer experience when selling or acquiring dealerships. Moreover, by covering the same territory for several years, she was able to build up a solid network in the industry.
