Negotiate Deal
Facilitate a buyer/seller meeting to negotiate the terms to form a LOI.

Due diligence
Finalize details and schedule negotiations of the purchase agreement. Lawyers and accountants draft and execute the purchase agreement. Once the agreement is final, due diligence requirements must be met.

OEM approval
Factory [OEM] approaches sale. Transaction is officially closed
