Sunbelt Ford Group is a unique, fully integrated Ford platform featuring four standalone dealerships across contiguous market areas, establishing brand dominance in 17 counties of South Georgia.
The Group has been acquired by Powerhouse Automotive Group, opening an exciting new chapter for this growing platform. The transaction was led by Bill Fields and Andy Church of DSMA, who once again demonstrated DSMA is a trusted and reliable partner for dealers throughout the East coast. Patience, organization, and hands-on experience are essential in a transaction of this scale and Bill, Andy and DSMA’s essential services team skillfully leveraged their expertise to bring it to a successful close.
With this sale, a profitable, operationally strong, and highly regarded Ford platform in one of South Georgia’s most important automotive markets has successfully changed hands.
