Markham, Ontario, Release: February 18th, 2020.
Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions Canadian Managing Partner, Arthur Madjarian, is taking early retirement, effective February 28th, 2020. Farid Ahmad, CEO and Maxime Theoret, CFO will be absorbing Madjarian’s responsibilities.
Madjarian joined Dealer Solution Mergers and Acquisitions (DSMA) in 2013, partnering with Farid Ahmad, (founder and CEO) and Maxime Theoret (CFO). Together they’ve grown DSMA into the leading M&A firm in the Canadian automotive industry.
“Over the last seven years, Arthur has worked hard supporting us in the building of a world class organization.” Said Farid Ahmad, CEO of DSMA. “Arthur’s contribution ensures that we have a stable platform with which to continue to deliver first class services for our clients and I am excited for him and his family as they start the next adventure in their lives.”
“The last few years have truly been incredible, both professionally and personally and while I won’t miss the billion air miles I fly across Canada each year, I am going to miss interacting with our incredible team.” Said Madjarian. “I am leaving a very stable business with huge potential ahead of them across all of North America.”
Madjarian was married to Alissa Madjarian in 2019 and plans to use his retirement fulfilling his passion for travel, only this time he’ll be racking up the air miles slightly further afield than traveling across Canada.
