Generate a list of potential buyers from our confidential database as well as seek new buyers in the market.

Drive the market
Coordinate site tours and qualify buyers. Draft initial Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as the framework agreement.

Negotiating the scope of the deal
Facilitate a buyer/seller meeting to negotiate the terms to form a LOI. DSMA database identifies qualified buyers with resources to close the deal expeditiously. The aim is to attract multiple offers to maximize value.

Fine tuning the details
Finalize details and schedule negotiations of the purchase agreement. Lawyers and accountants draft and execute the purchase agreement. Once the agreement is final, due diligence requirements must be met.
